She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and holds dual certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI).

As Chairman of the Catherine Smith Foundation, Nicole provides strategic financial oversight and governance leadership, ensuring the organization's resources are managed with integrity and aligned with its mission to empower Chicago youth and strengthen the community.

Nicole's professional background spans corporate accounting, financial consulting, and financial literacy education. She is deeply committed to closing the wealth gap through education, equipping individuals and families with the tools to build lasting financial stability. Her work as a CFEI reflects her passion for making financial knowledge accessible to underserved communities.
